These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Economy Inn website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Economy Inn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Reservation Requirements
- All bookings require a valid credit card
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room
- Government-issued photo ID required at check-in
2.2 Rates and Payments
- All rates are in US Dollars (USD)
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees
- Full payment may be required at time of booking
- Additional charges may apply for incidental expenses
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate type:
- Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or changes permitted
- Special Events: May require longer cancellation notice
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1 Room Use
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
- Rooms are for registered guests only
- Commercial activities prohibited without prior consent
4.2 Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
5. Hotel Policies
5.1 Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability
5.2 Smoking Policy
All rooms and indoor areas are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
5.3 Pet Policy
Only service animals are permitted with proper documentation. Pets are not allowed.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information to process reservations and improve services. Your data will:
- Be used only for stated purposes
- Not be sold to third parties
- Be protected with security measures

7. Limitation of Liability
Economy Inn is not liable for:
